The People's Balm
The People's Balm
Cottonwood trees have been used for generations to promote healing. The salicin found in cottonwood buds has anti-inflammatory properties, similar to aspirin. We gather the precious buds from fallen black cottonwood branches to bring you The People's Balm (black cottonwoods are part of the Populus genus, and populus means "people")
The buds are infused with jojoba oil, then blended with beeswax and Vitamin E. This creates a nurturing and healing balm that has endless uses, with ingredients you can trust.
How I Use It: After a shower or bath at night, I lather my entire body in The People's Balm and let it soak into my skin overnight. Throughout the day, if I notice a bug bite or patch of skin that needs some extra soothing, I apply it right away.
Other Uses:
Diaper rash
